Our small class size allows participants to enjoy a personal dialouge with Massimo as he shares his experience and knowledge. The classes will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the restaurant. Cost is $90+ tax per person and includes the cooking demonstartion, recipes, lunch and wine. Space is limited.
